    Daily or not?

A streak works best when "done" is clearly defined. For daily streaks, define a minimum that also counts on rest days: a 15-minute walk, 10 minutes of stretching or 20 push-ups. On hard training days you do more, on recovery days you do the minimum. That keeps the chain alive without overtraining.

    Ideas for your minimum

    • 10,000 steps or a 20-minute walk
    • 10 minutes of yoga or mobility
    • A short bodyweight circuit: squats, push-ups, planks
    • Any planned training session

    Tips

    • Schedule it. Same time every day beats motivation.
    • Lay out your clothes the night before.
    • Listen to your body. If you're ill or injured, rest. A broken streak is better than an injury; your best streak stays saved.

    Frequently asked questions

Should I work out every day?

Hard training needs rest days. Many people keep a daily streak by counting light activity such as walking or stretching on rest days.

Can I log a workout I forgot to check in?

Yes. Click the day in the calendar to mark it.

    Is my training data uploaded?

No. It is stored only in your browser on this device.

What is a good first goal?

30 days is a popular target. After that, try 66 or 100 days.

    Does it count steps automatically?

No. It is a simple manual check-in, so it works with any sport and any device.
