Why streaks work
A streak is a simple promise: don't break the chain. Seeing a row of filled days makes you want to protect it, and that small push is often enough on the days you don't feel like it. It works for almost anything: drinking water, journaling, stretching, practicing an instrument or going to bed on time.
How to use the tracker
- Decide on one habit and make it small enough to do on a bad day.
- Press Mark today done each day you do it.
- Forgot to check in? Click the day in the calendar to fill it in later.
- Set a goal (30 days is a good start). The bar shows how close you are.
Tips for habits that last
- Stack it. Attach the habit to something you already do: after brushing your teeth, after coffee, after work.
- Make it obvious. Put the book on your pillow, the running shoes by the door.
- Never miss twice. Missing one day is normal. Just don't let it become two.
